Lily & Loaf operate a COVID-secure workplace
We are pleased to advise that we operate a COVID-secure workplace.
We have many preventative measures in place and follow all Government guidelines to ensure that we provide a safe environment for our team.
To reduce footfall through our building, several team members continue to work from home. We therefore request that should you wish to visit our office, you do so by appointment only.
Our online order ‘collection’ facility remains unavailable. Collections may be available by appointment, please contact us for further information.

Where possible please order online!
Our Customer Services team remain available to take your calls. However, our telephone lines continue to operate on reduced hours and may be busier than usual.
Our telephone lines are open:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 9am to 4pm
Tuesday and Thursday - 9am to 2pm
There may be occasions where we close the telephone lines at other times of the day, we will try to give as much notice as possible should we need to do this.

United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man deliveries
Our warehouse team continue to work tirelessly to get your orders out. Increased ordering means some orders may take slightly longer to be despatched and our couriers & Royal Mail are also much busier than usual.
We ask for your patience, by allowing at least an extra 5 working days before raising a query.
If your order is urgent, we recommend selecting ‘Priority Service’* to get your order despatched the same day.

EU & International deliveries
Due to a combination of the current COVID pandemic, and complications as a result of BREXIT, our international couriers continue to experience delays with despatch and delivery timescales, which is regrettably out of our control.
We ask for your patience, by allowing at least an extra 10 working days before raising a query.
