A WARM WELCOME
As a lifelong devotee of good health and wellbeing I would like to share my extensive knowledge with you, to help you find the best products to use, internally and externally, to make you look and feel the best you can be.
I firmly believe that if a health problem can be corrected with the use of nutritional products, that must be a more natural approach than reliance on drugs; often chemical, synthetic and toxic; that are primarily designed to treat symptoms, rather than cure the cause.
I’m a firm believer in organic products, not just in what we eat but also in what we put on our skin. Our skin is the first line of defence and a key part of our immune system. It also reflects how we feel, so I’m very happy to have found Lily and Loaf organic skin care, made with natural organic ingredients that really works.
Best Wishes,
Angie.

A combination of Marine Collagen, vitamins C & A, hyaluronic acid, Hebridean seaweed, and biotin.
As we age our ability to produce collagen declines and our existing collagen starts to break down. It’s estimated that by the age of 40, we will have lost 20% of our existing collagen. Low levels of collagen can lead to weak immune systems and digestive issues. However, age is not the only factor that reduces our collagen levels. Other elements that can deplete our collagen levels include sun exposure, stress, pollution and lack of antioxidants.
Marine Collagen is a type 1 collagen which has the most efficient absorption of all the collagen types. It is also environmentally friendly, as it uses the parts of the fish which are usually thrown away.
