              When working a full-time job, it’s easy to fall into a ‘work, eat, sleep, repeat’ cycle.

              FIVE WAYS TO MAINTAIN REGULAR EXERCISE WITH A BUSY WORK SCHEDULE

              Find new ways to travel to work
              With many of us heading back to the office, why not explore new ways to commute? Where possible, look at walking instead of driving or cycling instead of catching the bus. This will not only save money on petrol or bus fares but will also keep you active.
              Don’t just sit in the cafeteria
              Do you find that busy workdays leave you with little time for a proper lunch break? Even if it’s just for half an hour, try and take a walk round the block, or find a picnic bench to have your lunch to ensure you get that bit of fresh air.
              Keep your gym bag in the car
              If you drive to work, keeping your gym clothes and equipment in the boot will encourage you to do a quick session before or after work before heading home.
              Get a standing desk
              Sitting at a desk all day is known to be bad for your health. Experts advise standing for 15 minutes every hour and a standing desk will help you do so, while keeping you productive.
              Don’t just rely on motivation

              Start meal planning
